Suprisingly, the Germany Air Bombing Campaign continues!
Yet another suprise - naval bombardement of Italy continues destroying some roads!


EDIT: Nothing else to report. In 40 years from now who knows? But for now nothing else!

Italy (Sorry!)
- 4 heavy bombers hit Taranto. The naval shipyard was destroyed, the defenders damaged twice, and some civilians killed.
- 2 torpedo bombers hit Athens destroying the commercial docks and damaging defenders.

Pacific Ocean
- US sub attacked Advanced Japanese sub off the coast of Japan, but was outmatched. An ASW Destroyer moved in to finish the job.
US sub 4/4, Jap sub 4/4; US sub 0/4, Jap sub 2/4.
ASW Destroyer 4/4, Jap sub 2/4; ASW Destroyer 4/4, Jap sub 0/4.

Japan Turn Summary:
- Chungking attacked by surrounding NI armies. P40 destroyed on the ground. Many units were redlined by bombardment. NI armies kill 6 entrenched chinese infantry units with no losses.

Mediterranean
- Bombed all the road between Rome and Venice with 4 heavy bombers and 2 torpedo bombers.
- Bombed a road between Bordeaux and Marseille with a heavy bomber.

At least I didn't make any moon craters!

Pacific
- An ASW DD shelled Japanese troops occupying an airfield east of Truk, but did no damage.

Japan Turn Summary:
- Chungking falls. Redlined all infantry with artillery and planes. Killed 8 chinese infantry and 1 flak unit. Chinese government now in exile.

In Stalingrad, Russian bombers bombards Rostov, damanging two planes as well as destroying the wall.
A sneaky Panzer Div was trying to disrupt Russian's oil supply but it stop in front of a T-34 corp in R&R and was promptly destoryed.
