I don't know if this is a new bug or something I've never seen or some new change by design.

In a PBEM game I rushed Sun Tzu. I did have 2 other choices that I could have rushed, Great Wall and the FP. However, the other player being first in the turn order beat me to Sun Tzu but when my turn came around I was not able to select either of the other 2 wonders and the production was dropped to coliseum. Now this city had just been won by battle so no forests had been chopped and none of my other cities were building any wonders. I expected that I would be able to change production to another wonder in this position but they were greyed out (disabled).

Does anybody know if this is a bug or lack my experience or the expected situation?

Yes, it's happened to me too. I thought I was being smart and used a leader to rush a Palace the turn before I got the tech required to build a Wonder, planning to switch production at the beginning of the next turn. No such luck!

Apparently, using a leader triggers a "rushed" flag (as do pop-rushing, rush-buying, and forest cutting). When that flag is set, you can't switch your build to a Wonder.

This also happened to me in the stand-alone game too (with PTW1.21).
