PC shutting off when using high quality leader scenes

Has this issue been resolved yet, and is there any way to get high quality leader scenes working without my PC shutting off any time an AI leader tries to contact me?

I'm using an I7 920 @ 4.2 Ghz, 24 Gb ram, SLI GTX 560s (latest drivers), and running the game off a Raid 0 Samsung F3 array, and everything runs great on high settings with 8x AA, except for the leader scenes. I still have to set them to medium to stop my PC from crashing.

Why hasnt this issue been fixed yet?

Disable the AA, then they might be working.



The problem with the high quality leaders is that Firaxis used some very advanced DX11 features, and they are not compatible with everything and can cause also problems on machines, which are not capable of DX11.

But I'd rather have AA on and leader scenes on medium though

Change your SLI array?

You did not say how many cards. two, three, four?

Do you have the "grey" problem with slow graphics writes?

There are some who would like to resolve that issue, more than watching the leaders do the same moves over and over again.
