Hey I am planning on getting a new pc and was wondering if these specs would be alright for this mod.

Intel Core i7 2600 3.4Ghz
Quad Core 3.8Ghz Turbo

8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Dual Channel

OnBoard Intel HD Graphics 3000

Should I change the graphics card or is it ok.

Yes, you should go for a discrete (add on) graphics card. Apart from that this is way plenty.

ASUS GT210 PCI-E 2.0 1GB DDR3? or gt430 1gb or hd 5670?

No need to change anything. I have an i3, 6gb of ram and an intel HD 2000 and can run this fine at 1680x1050. In fact, Skyrim runs awesome as well. Don't let people tell you on board video is no good.
