Petra disappeared ...

After 32 turns building it, the turn it was going to be up, it just disappeared without any notice, refund of any kind, or messages saying that it was built by other player ... quite annoying !

There is always supposed to be a notice when the wonder is built by another civ, but it is easily overlooked. Can you post a save file from before it disappeared?
