philosophy from oracle doesn't found taoism

Just build Oracle, and pick philosophy as free tech. Surprisingly, Taoism is still not founded in F7!

I had this happen as well. With Philsophy and Taoism in fact. I was playing a one-city-challenge game on Settler (first one-city game for me). I did play through the next turn and expected the religion-founding, just like normal, but it wasn't there! I then reloaded and used the Oracle for another tech and then "manually" discovered Philosophy and DID found Taoism.
