Pirates

Has anyone seen pirates spawned in a setting higher than Raging Hoards?
I have played several games on "Sourge of God" and the buggers have never turned up. Have I just been lucky?

They are out there. However, pirates do not spawn in larger numbers at the higher levels: while you will get hordes and rebellions on land of 100 units, the pirate ships will continue to carry the same number of units as they would if you were playing at "only" the raging level.
