Try this:
1. Start Pitboss und load a savegame where the space ship is not launched.
2.a. Start Civ and log into the game
2.b. Launch the spaceship. (Pitboss will crash.)
2.c. Save the game ("Ctrl"+"S") from within Civilization (it takes a while before the client disconnects/recognises that pitboss has crashed)
3. Copy the savegame from the client to the Pitboss Computer.
4. Start Pitboss with this savegame
5. Your'e done.
In French/En française
1. Lance Pitboss et charge une sauvegarde de jeu, quelqu'une ou la navette spatiale n'est pas partir.
2.a. Lance Civilization et connecte sur la jeu.
2.b. Lance la navette spatiale (Pitboss va mourir...)
2.c. Sauvegarde le jeu ("Ctrl"+"S") dans Civilization
3. Copie la sauvegarde de jeu du client à l'ordinateur de Pitboss.
4. Lance Pitboss et charge la sauvegarde de jeu (la nouvelle, ça qui est émergé du client)
5. Voilá! C'est ça.

P.S.: Boy! This French translation took me longer than expected. My vocabulary really sucks nowadays... but hey there are online translators.... (But as I don't trust them on grammar, I just hope that I remember it good enough to be understood.)
