Planet Destroyer/Alpha Centauri MOD

Someone knows if it is coming an "Alpha Centauri" mod for Civilization IV? Or at least someone can do for me the "Planet Destroyer"?
The standard ICBM don't give me enough satisfaction

Since I always played Deidre I never built them, but it was a Planet Buster.

There are several, if not hundreds of SMAC threads around here and Apolyton (where they might have a group effort to make SMAC for Civ4). If the search is still disabled then just scroll around. You'll find the latest one I'm sure.
