Planetfall problems

Hello everybody

I don't know if it's the right place to post this but Ive a problem on planetfall V13 mod. In fact, all factions are named PK, all leaders Pravin Lal and the AlienCrossfire faction don't appear in the pedia. When I start a new game, the cities are nammed NN

I ask this for know what is normal and what isn't and if someone can give me a solution
