Planting Spys

I know that this has probably been posted loads of times but can someone tell me how to activate a Spy. I know that I need to establish embassies but the manual says something about clicking on the icon on the opposition's Capital City. I can't seem to find the icon that I should click on (Or should it be Ctrl-click on Apple Mac?).

Can Spys do the same as Civ II as in "Plant a Nuclear Device", etc?

Ctrl-e gives access in PTW (maybe Apple-e?). in Civ3, too!

in PTW its much easier, just double cck on the star by your capital and the find the option to spy. put him into the city of your choice. if he's successful, the next turn go back to the same screen and all the espioange otpions are available. he can only be found out when on a mission, not just siting around doing nothing, but if he's found he's killed and you get a big rep hit.

who gets into the enemy base after picking off soem bad guys

thn he finds the enemy leader

who metamorphasizses into a alien

who controls evil robots that have been sent to kill you

but you shoot the evil leader first

then go home and celebrate

with a party

and then the spy gets promoted

and he's sent in his army

and your army worship you for your great leader skills

and hold a concert in your honour

and the enemy are now very angry with you

becase you whipped there butts

and there leader goes mad and is locked up

and you walk over his old cities and its liek all your christmas's came at once.

who were created by terminator

to kill the human race with there technology advanced guns

defeat the evil sheep

and you now are promoted to become jesus II
