Play as any Civ

This mod allows you (or the AI) to play as any CIV, natives and europeans. Natives automatically start with advanced start, and playing as the europeans is really, really, really boring.

I know this is something that probably most people around here could figure out how to do in five minutes, but for those that can't here it is.
