[GS] Play by cloud login?

hello, sometimes when i open the multiplayer menu,
the play by cloud option is grayed out and when i hover over it it says : Not logged into civilization servers.

i am connected to the internet, and started civ regularly.. the internet option still works,
i'm not sure what i'm supposed to do.. is there something i'm missing?
any help would be appreciated!

have that 2 sometimes. Dont know what it is but it dissapears after a while and i can play my games again
