Play.com fail to meet all orders

I've just looked at my order status with Play... It now says:
"Processing"
I just hope that when it it's eventually dispatched, some thieving postie doesn't get it before me and I have to wait an extra two weeks before it's classed as missing.
 
Mines also reads "processing" I cant cancel it now so it better be here by friday or i will letter bomb play HQ j/k
 
ok ok, I'm taking back some of those nasty comments I made on play.com earlier. My status says "packing" now, so I guess that means I will get it by Friday. Phew... :)
 
I've only been following this thread by reading and did'nt intend to post but in the end thought I'd like to join in and for me it say's "packing" also, just hope it does not revert back!! although it does tend to go back to proccessing, but I ordered mine way back on 23/09/2005, so I hope to get it along with AoE 3, I was suprised to find this morning AoE 3 going through the procedure, and Civ IV lagging behind! but glad to see its finally on its way.

I find Play.com to be excellent on the games side of things, but I also bought a Creative Zen from them and emailed many times to explain the problem I have with it and no response so in the end gave up.

Guess my credit card cleared, because it's "packing" as we speak. So far it seems play.com is delivering as promised.

Although I'm in a relatively good well paid job, I wouldn't mind moving to Jersey and working in Play.com... I would have had my copy by now! ;)
 
Wooohooooo...

Just got an email from Play saying it's been posted and will take between 3 and 5 days... It's now a race to see if it will arrive on Friday.

My puter wont run it, and I wont buy a new one for a year.
At least I will get to read the manual properly :)
