Anyone read the play the world.txt in your civ3 folder. It looks like they are going to do a central online server for multiplayer games. Its short and here it is#PTW

They have a lot of weird items in their text files. They might not have a central server but they might have a feature where you can log onto a fan provided server and it could contain stats.
