Playing a Scenario in Hotseat (for a GMR game)

I'm looking into setting up a GMR game, playing the 'into the renaissance' scenario. There doesn't seem to be any obvious way to set up a game this way in Hotseat however. I know scenarios can be played with GMR, but I need a little help in where to look to get started.
