Hi,

I'm playing RFC (Rhye's and Fall of Civilization) on a MacBook Pro with a partition set up specially for this game, running Windows XP playing CIV IV BTS. I'm trying to cross in to Independent Cities. I don't know how to right-click. I've tried various key commands while clicking (Ctrl-Click, Alt-Click, Option-Click, Command-Click) none of them work. I have a stack of Musketman sitting just outside the borders of an Independent City and can't get in. When I use my arrow keys it just moves the map around. Any ideas?

Thank you,
Rosy

With help from another Civ IV forum, I've got the answer. You need to hit the Num Lock key first then use the numpad to move your unit in to Independent territory to Declare War and move in to the territory. On a MacBook Pro the numpad is the tiny numbers located on the keys (7, 8, 9, U, I, O, J, K, L, and M). Yeah!

If you have installed the drivers that come with boot camp you should be able to right click by holding two fingers on the touchpad and then clicking. I think to set that up you go into the boot camp control panel. Having said that, putting two fingers on the trackpad also controls zooming, and it is basically impossible to keep from zooming whenever you right click. Whenever I play on my MBP I use a wireless mouse.
