Most of you probably noticed if you go to Additional Content, there are a number of Multiplayer Scenarios that you can select as if they were mods (which basically they are!) but then if you try to create a single player game, there is no way to have those scenarios available.
Here is an easy way to play them in Single player if you want to. Keep in mind the AI will probably do a poor job playing those short scenarios with alternative victories, but they can be fun.

- Navigate to <your steam folder>\SteamApps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Base\Assets\Scenarios\
This is where all the scenarios are kept in various sub-folders such as ColdWarScenario - Each folder contains a few files, you want to find the one ending with _Config.xml Open it with your favorite text editor, even Windows basic Notepad will get the job done.
- Find this line
Code:<SupportsSinglePlayer>0</SupportsSinglePlayer>
- Now go to the Additional Content menu and select the scenario you want to play.
- Go to single player, create a game and select Advanced Setup. In the advanced setup screen, open the "Ruleset" drop-down menu and select your scenario.
- Enjoy your game
