Hi guys.
Decided to revisit my Civics modifications after a long hiatus. Now what I did was create a Civic_Mod folder, and put my XML assets in there. I then went into CivicInfos.xml and made a couple of simple changes to Hereditary Rule.
However, when a save the file and then run it in game, the changes are not showing up in the civics screen-it is instead showing me the vanilla version of HR. Now this NEVER used to happen to me before, so I can only wonder what must be going wrong. Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction?
