First excuse me for my bad english.
I have 2 questions
1.I have all I need for tactical nuke(technology and uranium) but I still can't build it. Since I'm beginer in Civilization I don't know why I can't build it. Is there anything else I need?
2.In editor I can't put one position where I start. Is there any way to do it and how. Please help me.
