How about the legions near Dellham?

Does legion 1 need to return to Dellham or explore to the north or west?

Does legion 2 need to explore north of its current position, or does legion 1 have it covered and it should head south east instead?

Or perhaps you have a better idea?

As an aside, it looks like the 4-special could have high production - ideal for a city to produce military units, and I'd therefore like to found that ASAP.

Anyway, legion 2 north, legion 1 west (to uncover the hut).

North, North. I have chronic fear of being attacked by the AI. In fact, it happened just this morning to me an a game with Mordhiem -- the AI Settler waltzed in and -- I lost productive time.

And Legion One must quickly circle back to quell riots in Dellham. Just a little exploring, while the new citizens are not yet numerous and restless.

If there is a hut then Legion 2 could continue N and should be able to pop the hut so Legion 1 could go North but it depends whether we want both legions to pop the hut relatively safely.

North and North. We definitely need to check out the
production potential of that special area. And we can always
build a phalanx in Dellham to keep the peace. If it does
prove to be a good production site, I agree with Ainwood that
it should be settled ASAP.

I like ainwood's 1:W, 2:N suggestion.

It would be a shame to lose Dellham, but we should remember it was a free city, and if the AI gets it at this point (size 1), they'll hold nothing. Besides, by the same chance, we could take out an AI city with a legion!

Bear in mind that if we capture an AI city of size 1 then it'll usually disappear but the AI have an uncanny knakc of always beign able to keep them. And to get techs out of them, which I can never do!

Ok, this thread has been quiet for 24 hours now, so I assume everyone has said what they want to say.

President - It seems we definately want legion 2 to go north but are split 50:50 on legion 1. May I suggest you go north-west and make a descision based on the revealed terrain.
