You left off warrior working fish, which is a serious option - it's a least another potentially optimal point on the hammer/beaker trade off curve. The idea would be to switch to a worker after growing to size 2. It's better than working the hill, why would we build a workboat first if we're not going to work the fish?
Either way though my options 1 and 2 from the other thread are included, so it doesn't change my vote though.
Although I will also mention that 15 turns on workboat with fish is a bit misleading. Once we grow we can work the hill, so it will only take 9 turns in total to get the second workboat. Not sure what you mean by "7 to 4" in your post above? Are you comparing to working the silk or something? Even that cuts it down to 12 total.
