My most anoying one is that from washington saying :The day...is yours. I trust you will be merciful in your triumph.
Say someone who conquered there hole continent and I wiped him out right dude

And bismark well he act like a can't even look me in the eye what a jurk

My favorite one would be arabia saying I will get his pallace :
have won, congratulations. My palace is now in your possession, I ask that you look after the peacocks.

Oda is my second favorite bowing down before me like a samurai and admitting defeat

Yay, my "Learned about the world" was in there!

Yes and no respectively. Based on what we already know about G&K already though, diplomacy just can't be the same.
