OK... I want to build a power plant, but i do not have any city that i can build it in. Does it need anything or what?

What about uranium? Because i checked lot of stuff abou it(i still don't get it), maybe the problem is in language(is there any Slovakian guy?). So if you can give me some instructions about it ...

Need to build a factory first, then the option for a powerplant comes up with the appropriate tech.

I think that Slow Thinker, one of our careful sages, may be somewhat fluent in Slovakian (I think he hails from Czech environs, so there's a chance).

Re: Power Plant. Also, if you've built the Hoover Dam, since that counts as Hydro Plant in every city, then you will be unable to build Power Plants since you can't have both in the same city.

Re: Uranium. Extremely rare in most games. It has been experience, however, that building the Manhatten Project roughly doubles the availability of this scant resource.

Uranium comes in with NucFission. I don't think anyone has documented a Wonder increasing the availability of a commodity. Samson at Apolyton.Net did some fairly extensive tests on what influenced supply and demand. NucPlants and SDI increased demand in cities, but no mention of Manhattan.

The increase in Uranium supply with the Manhatten Project has just been an observation I've made in my games. Samson's work on supply and demand is decidedly mind-boggling in application of mathematics ... but he have may not have tested for Wonders in general. Most wonders shouldn't contribute to changes in supply; but, if any, the Manhatten Project should -- as it kind of did historically in terms of the commitment to prospecting and then mining uranium deposits.
