I was originally going to do this on Discord, but for various reasons I've decided to go with this medium instead. This is very much in the spirit of Hydro's old suggestions back in the days of Rise of Mankind: A New Dawn, as well as VictorAzurian's sadly never realized modmod Empire Earth. This thread will likely be updated on a semi-regular basis, and I'll have several posts reserved given the probable volume of suggestions i'll have over time, as well as bumps whenever new material comes out.
