When I reloaded a save game my view prefs weren't saved; grid off, scores off, etc.
When I have the foreign advisor window and left-click it flickers but doesn't do anything. Right-click takes you to the diplomacy window. Minor issue.
Also, if you are in the F4 advisor window and go into conversation, then exit you are not in advisor window. I know you can click on the name of the civ in the score list to open up a new window but it's not expected behaviour.
