My preference would be Barracks, then Walls, then Horseman/Warrior/Swordsman out the wazoo.
Barracks should be the immediate build, since we will already have a spearman garrison, and the benefits of healing/upgrading units could begin immediately. The walls shouldn't take first priority unless their is a sudden offensive from GCA as the only benefit they offer is defensive in nature.
Most likely, more than the city could afford to sacrifice. If they start it before the barracks is halfway completed, we could switch to walls if defense is needed.
Thanks to our military trait, our cost for these structures is halved so it shouldn't take too long to build either of them.
I would like to recommend Iron Curtain, Iron Bluff, and Iron Peak. Any of these would certainly be appropriate.

After thinking about it some more, I believe that in order to resolve this matter, we should nominate names for this city beginning today. All names seconded prior to the posting of the official poll will be included in the official naming poll for this town. Finally, the town will be named in accordance with the results of that poll.
If there is no strong opposition to this plan, then I will post an official poll Thursday morning (EDT) so that it will be completed in time for our anticipated settlement on Friday.
To start things off, I officially nominate the name Iron Peak (rather the Chinese equivalent of Iron Peak) for this town.
Let the nominations commence...
Nominations to date (as of 2130 EDT Tuesday)
Yun Feng (Iron Peak)
Shen/Sheng Shan (Sacred Mountain)
I know. I know. Most of you are probably saving up your naming prowess for the incense city or perhaps the southern polar regions or maybe even the fishing hill on the northern coast. But what better way is there to exercise those city-naming muscles than by proposing a name for this city now? I say none. Now let's hear some names people!
PS. Consider this post last call for nominations. I'll be posting the poll on this topic within 18 hours of this post, so if you've got a name, let's hear it.
I don't think the name had been decided. And since we do not have a formal City Naming heirarchy like the less-exciting SPDG, I figured this was a good way to resolve the issue.
If there are strong objections, or if someone can provide a better alternative to this polling idea, then please hurry and post them.
