i've tested some old saves and new games after todays small update (march 2018 update).
when i found a city and click on it the big civ icon on the lower right (city menu) is a big question mark.
i disabled all mods and dlcs to test that. it still is the question mark.
can somebody test that? so i can be sure that i dont destroyed my civ6 with mods
