problem in editior

i wanted to make a map but had this problem
i cant view the units or cities i place i can see wich owner it has but the unit itself isnt there i know for sure that you can change that but i have no idea how
i dunno if this is a bug yes or no but...
anyway thanks for any help you can offer me
