Problem in the text box...

I'm having this problem with the mod Neoteric World. At the text box, it appears an error indicating: ''BugOptions - failed writing INI file 'C:/Program Files (x86)/2K Games/Firaxis GAme... blah blah blah/Neoteric World/UserSettings/Autolog.ini ,etc. How can I fix this... I can't play with that text repeating itself at every turn, it doesn't even allow to read the text that should appear in the box at each turn...

Ok problem solved... I guess no one knew the solution. Here it is if someone else have the same problem: Run the game as Administrator. Right click on the game's icon, and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Also installing Civ IV as per my thread solves this as well and a host of other problems.
