Problem in WB

[Bushface]

Having done a complete uninstall, I have reinstalled Civ4, BtS, BlueMarble, patches 3.17 and Solver's, and BUG and BAT mods. Now I can't plant signs in WB, and the mouse pointer in WB looks like a text-insert marker instead of an arrowhead.
