Problem installing patches for BTS on second harddrive

Hi,

Im having trouble installing patches for BTS. I have Civ 4 complete installed on my D: drive. However when I try to patch it tries to do it on the C: where the game isnt installed. The installer gives no option to set directory. I realise this is probably an easy enough issue but im really struggling to find a solution. I hope someone can help.
