Problem with cultural win HeLP

Hi... I've just made a game using the strategy of making 195802713023985 cities with culture to 100%.... now I have 100K of culture and the game still doesn't say I win... I have 100K and I'm more than double of anyone, I really don't understand why its not finishing, plz help, heres the game...

I read somewhere in the book, but cant find it right now, that to have a cultural win you must have 100k culture points and no other civ must have a certain lvl of culture.

wow, i'm glad you liked the strategy. unfortunately i can't see why it's not letting you win. you sure you didn't disable cultural vic? otherwise, no idea what the problem could be. i guess another culture could technically have over 50k but it doesn't look that way from the histograph. this might be a good time to despot rush if you're really serious about winning the game. the cultural rush empire can usually transition to despotism for all-out war, if that's what you are looking for. or you can try to win via tech. (or try a new game).

Well no I didn't disable cultural win i'm sure! and its really annoying why it doesnt want to finish...

what is that despotism rush to win... explain plz..
