Problem with game

I just downloaded the newest SVN but I think I made a mistake. Since I downloaded it and moved a copy to the correct folder, I keep getting error messages: BugOptions - failed writing INI file 'C:\Program Files....... Any suggestions?

Game ned to be executed as an Administrator in Windows Vista/7/8
For this, Right Click on the icone > Execute as an administrator (or something like this, my win is in french)

Thats perfect thanks. Could have sworn I had set the icon to default to admin but I guess not. Thanks again
