Problem with happiness

I have just put in the 5 year plan that someone made as a wonder, I included 3 people in every city sad when built, but it does not seem to work.

Question, is there a problem with the happiness/saddness regulator in the editor.

I have no idea.

You might try posting in the appropriate thread to see if it's a problem with the mod itself. Even if it isn't, the C&C guys can probably give you more specific troubleshooting advice than most of the people here in GD.
