Problem with lauching mod

Hi all.

I'm french, sorry for my english.

Im installing the 0.32 version at C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods .

But this game crash and return at windows with error.

This error coming when loading init engine and mark : GFC ERROR : failed to initialize the primary control theme.

What the problem plz

Edit: Im play with 1.97 version without problem.
