problem with pyramid video

hey, i just build the pyramids, civ launched the video, but don't play it, just got problems with sound, stucks a while, and finally put me on desktop...

oracle video was ok

tried it with a new installation, the same

then tried a new game, build it almost with world builder, same

please, help me

i've got the german version (dvd), bought today, new graphics driver, new directx (installed from civ-dvd)...

2.66GHz intel 4
512mb ram
geforce fx 5250go
...

plz help, i really want to play this game, i paid f*** 47,99€ for it...

Ive also a problem with the Pyramid video. Havnt completed another wonder yet.
