Problem With Scenarios

Ever since I installed the Steam version of Civ 3 back in May there is something wrong with scenarios I installed from CFC. These are some screenshots from Twilight of Byzantium.

How can I fix this?

It looks like the labels.txt legacy error Steam introduced. Can be fixed by opening each scenario's labels.txt file and adding the entry "Unknown" to line 86 between "PING" and "Host" and saving.
