Problem with the PAK file fix

I am having a problem here with the PAK file fix on my brother's computer.

I click File->Open in the PakBuild program, then navigate to the Civ 4 Assests folder. When there, the Art0.FPK doesn't show up unless I select "All Files" in the file types selection. Then it's there, but when I click on it, I get this error message:

Error: Could not open '(Civ 4 Path)\Assests\Art0.FPK'!

Any idea what this problem might be? I tried to search the forum for an answer, but the search function here seems worthless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do not use "open" in "file" menu -- use "unpack" in "PAK" menu!

ok, thanks. The instructions need to tell you to click unpack after the screenshot. Oh well, thanks. Now to see if it fixes the game or not.
