Problems installing Colonization from Complete disk

I just recently bought Civ 4: Complete Edition, and I popped it in and installed. After I installed Civ 4 and it's expansions, another thing popped up for me to install Colonization. I now realize it was for installing Colonization, but then I thought I accidentally pressed 'install' twice, and so it was just installing again. I clicked cancel, and decided to play BTS. Later, when I wanted to play Colonization, I couldn't find it. I could easily find Civ 4, but I can't find Colonization anywhere, and when I put the disc back in, it wants me to uninstall everything. Is there a way I could install just Colonization without uninstalling anything else?

open the disc in windows explorer - I guess there should be a separate setup.exe for Colonization...
