problems installing game

I have tried several times to install the Civ 4 game on my system and every time I reach this problem:

Feature: DefaultFeature
Component: Civ4Component
File: D:\data3.cab
Error: Data error (Cyclic redundancy check)

on the file:

C:\...\Assets\Sound\diplomacy\Victoria_Early.mp3

Any help please?

this points to a damaged disc and/or cd drive - if the drive works fine otherwise its most likely the disc

Thanks Ori, It turned out to be a smudge on Disk 2, I cleaned it off and it works fine now.
