problems installing on XP

I have the following problem running the game on WINDOWS XP


i install the game
i apply the crack file to the game.....and....

when i run the game, after the intro movie, my monitor turns off and its lights loops (bright,contrast,etc)

... i can hear the game sounds but i can't see anything !!!

.... CTRL+ALT+SUP & ALT+TAB and any other key don't return the control to windows ...

...


What can i do???

My PC:

Athlon 750 Mhz
250 MRAM
Voodoo 3 2000 PCI
Windows XP..



.... Things i have not tryed yet:

- apply the new cracked patch (the new release)
- run the game in compatible mode ...

It will work?????

I have the exact same problem. Though with a real copy (+ patch). My comp is a: 1400 Mhz AMD xp, 256 mb DDR ram, GeForce 3 and Windows XP professional, so no hardware problems should be into consideration. Though I have a suspicious that the old monitor I tried it on, can be the problem...I have to test that.
By the way, I'll ask infogrames today also...

i believe that my monitor isn't old. ... (it is not the best but it isn't old...!!!
