Problems with Installer, Error 5

okay so i literally was playing this patch like 4 months ago and i decided to reinstall today and suddenly the installer just gives me this

If it still fail, you can try a modpack instead.

Ive tried just about everything i an possible imagine to get the damn file to execute and it wont.

If you want to play multiplayer, you HAVE to use a modpack. The auto-installer is not compatible with multiplayer.
(see here : https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/dlc-modpack-and-43-civ-version-repository.609278/page-10, the last version does not have yet a modpack)

I've created my own modpack with few additional mods here : https://mega.nz/#F!NeBH1QqD!qQvb_hjPAWY6UuSWlP0_5

Just download one of them, put it in your DLC folder
(check if you have a folder named ui_bc1, if yes delete it, it is redundant with the modpack)
Then launch the game and play (no need to enable the mod).
