Base Community Patch + EUI installer

Would it be possible to make a separate installer with just the base community patch (AI and bug fixes) with a fully functional and compatible EUI? Or integrate the EUI with the base patch?

Some just want the AI improvements and bug fixes without the full VP experience. I'm assuming the majority of people still playing Civ 5 use EUI and would welcome being able to use both the base balance patch and EUI together.

It would be awesome but i believe this never going to happen.

Can't you just select it as an option in the settings when you install?
