Problems with scenarios

Hello,

I am new to Civ II (Late) and I have just downloaded a scenario named Red Front. The problem is, that I cannot play it, or rather: no terrain, civilopedia, wonder, unit, and stuff like that changes to what it is intended to be. Well, guess I have to tell you what version of the game I have.

Version of Civ II: Multiplayer
Computer: XP, guess this gives DOS a hard time.

Any help would be greatly accepted.

Did you download, unzip and install the whole scenario? Are there multiple parts to the schenario? Are all the scenario files within the same directory?

If you can start the scenario, but it doesn't 'look' right, then it sounds like it's not using the proper units file and such.

Well, In the readme it was written like this:
''Create a folder named "Red Front" inside your "Scenario" folder. Copy following files in the new folder''. I didn't have a scenario folder in my Civ II files, so I created my own. Wrong?

Creating the new folder shoudl be fine. Is the scenario file (the actual .scn file) in that folder along with all the Red Front files? As long as they are in the same folder it should be ok.
