I am trying to make a custom scenario, so I started with the basics:
Started a 1player game with 3 AI's, found a map I liked, modded it, and then saved t (all using in-game editor).
From there, I exited out, loaded up the file (in public games folder) in notepad, and tried to make tweaks to it (i.e. changed starting locations, etc, removed civ types).
Every time I save it, and load it up as a scenario in Civ, it seems to revert back to the original, or not take the changes.
Any thoughts?
Side note - which way does X go on the map - Up and down or left and right?
