Project to Convery Great Prophet Points to Other GP Points.

For some reason, I am inordinately disappointed that Great Prophet Points go to waste once you have a religion, or all others have been called up by other civs.

I would like a mod to enable a new project to be able to be run in you Capital/Palace that once run, will turn any Great Prophets you run into the Great Person Points of your choice.

To balance it, maybe restrict it to any type that districts in your Capital can produce, so that you can't get all the Great Engineer points before a way to earn them becomes widely available.

JFD used to have a great mod for expanding on Great Prophet Points, but I always found that it didn't play well with other mods and seems to be discontinued.

Does anyone have any other mods they can recommend that does something with Prophets once all religions have been founded?

With the June 2019 update, unused GPP do not go to waste, but are converted to Faith on 1-1 ratio. From the patch notes:

If a player cannot earn a Great Person of a class (ex. Great Prophet after they already have one or after they run out), Great People points are converted into Faith at a 1 to 1 ratio.

Great Person points from the Holy Site Prayers project (and other city projects) now count as excess points and generate Faith if no GP of that type can be earned.

That's great to hear, at least I'm getting something back. I stopped playing around 2019 and only just returned this last month.
