PS4 square button not working

Since yesterday’s update my square button is not working and the triangle “alert” button is always red but It is blank and nothing happens when I click it. Also I get error codes when I try to load save files. Everything goes back to normal if I disable all expansions. Anyone else having these problems?

Same here. ps4 v1.06

Clean reinstalled fixed it, however, it occurred again today.

My reinstall did not fix. I tried a few scenarios and gifts of the Nile Seems to be immune to the controller issue but I was still unable to load the save. Hope they fix it soon

I have the same issue, re instal is not working.
I changed science and civic with L1 and select the cities and go on playing with map select. It was not comfortable but better than nothing.
But when the era dedications time come, I could not do anything and stuck.

I wrote a notification on 2K support page. I hope they would solve it soon.

Answer from 2K support:
Saving games to cloud, deleting the local game data and going on playing with cloud saves solves the problem. (for now)
And they mentioned that they are aware of the bug.

What a bloody mess! That rules me out - I will not use that option, as I do not see why I should have to.
Did nobody at Firaxis bother to play test this update - the Persona Pack is also missing

Sidenote: It seems you'll have to search for the Persona Pack yourself in the store & manually download it (for free). (this worked for me on PS4)

Such a shame about the bug(s) though.. hopefully the update is near!

Where would I find this though?
There was no mention of it at all when I went to the DLC page - it told me I have bought everything, although the game & the store seem to get confused as the game thought I had not bought Ethiopia Pack, nor the NFP, giving me options to go buy them yet once I went to the store it told me I already bought them. I still had to use the purchase now option in game to get the Ethiopia Pack, which finally decided I did own it & downloaded it.
I saw no mention anywhere of the Persona pack - where do I look please? (sorry for dumb question - I usually play on the PC, and only recently got the PS4 stuff and only then because a friend wanted lessons, and I thought it would be cool to get the 55" LCD display showing the game.....)
