PTW ilegal operation right on the launch of the game...

[Jenocide]

When I try to launch PTW I get an "you have performed an ilegal operation and will be shut down"...

Then a error pops up: "Error CIVILIZATION3X" and it gives these details about the error:

Then it shuts down the launch. Anyone have any ideas why?
