Cyc has brought four charges against Chieftess for violating the Fanatikan laws.
Charge 1: Violation of CoL: C.1.G
Evidence provided by Cyc
After being elected Governor of The North Province (NP), I took active control of tile development of the cities in the province. I posted Worker actions in my Province thread on Feb. 1st, with pictures and narratives stating what the Governor's Office needed done. Then I posted in the President's thread, telling her what I needed and put a link to the picture and narratives in this post. She then opened a Worker Agenda thread in the Citizen's sub-forum. This was done because of my post in the president's thread, I believe, so I made a post in her Worker Agenda thread (second one), explaining in more detail my requests and referencing my picture in the NP thread. I also posted a link in the Androbius Settler thread (initiated by the President) that lead to the same picture and narrative. Chieftess ignored all these attempts at communicating with her. Even thou7gh she posted the Worker Agenda thread, she never made a second post in this thread, probably because she would have to address my requests.
So, this PI charges Chieftess with violating COL C.1.G, in that she did not "organize" worker activities, as is her responsibility. She ignored repeated attempts of communication and did what she wanted instead.
COL C.1.G states that the president organizes worker activities.

Below is a picture showing the tile development that has been done in The North Province since Chieftess came to office (when compared to the above picture). Durring the last save she had 9 workers on the hill NW of Kukaff and the two others that were mining making 11 workers in the Province. Still she would not do one of my requests.
Charge 2: Violation of CoL: D.1.E
Evidence provided by Cyc
This charges Chieftess with violating COL D.1.E. This law states that "a Governor organizes tile development in his Province". Chieftess, in abandoning procedure, denied me my rights as a governor and chose to develop the tiles in The North Province (NP) of her own accord. She started doing this on day one of this term and is still doing it, even though I have posted worker action requests all over the DG forums. Chieftess has ignored these requests/instructions altogether and conducted her own worker actions in the North Province. So either way you look at it, Chieftess organized tile development in my Province or Chieftess denied me my rights to organize tile development in my Province, she violated the law.
COL D.1.E states a Governor organizes tile development in his Province.

Charge 3: Violation of CoL: D.1.C
This charges Chieftess with violating COL D.1.C. In last night's t/c, Chieftess, as DP, ignored my Build Queue Instructions for the city of Valhalla and did not change the Rifleman to an Aqueduct. I had made special effort to get this change put into action as the Domestic Leader, Donovan Zoi and myself have had extesive discussion on the matter. The change was to help facilitate DZ's Size 12 Plan, which won over-whelming approval in the polls. Chieftess followed the other build queue instructions for The North Province, but ignored Valhalla, which was second on the list. As COL D.1.C states, I am the one to organize build queues for the cities in my Province, not her. She violated this law when she ignored my instructions and did what she wanted.
Turn Chat Instruction Thread for Feb. 11th
Below is a picture showing the rifleman still in production at Valhalla. The year is 1200ad. Take special note that Chieftess is putting down railroad tracks on irrigated grasslands by Kuhkaff, spurring growth, contrary to my instructions of minimal growth.
Additional Evidence Provided by Donovan Zoi
Instance #1
During the last two turnchats, Governor SaaM(Taliesin) and I have agreed to hold off on building a University in New PDX. Our reasoning for this is due to the possibility of moving the city one square to maximise its growth. Plus it would give us an opportunity to quickly add a rifleman to one of our outlying cities.
SaaM then posted in the February 8th turnchat instructions to switch production from the University to rifles. Thankfully that chat only lasted through the preturn as his first request was ignored. This forced me to have SaaM repeat this directive on February 11th. Unfortunately, the instruction was ignored yet again and a University was built, thereby making the movement of New PDX and even tougher sell than it would have been. We also lost the opportunity to build a much-needed rifleman.
Instance #2
Same set of circumstances, although this one was thankfully corrected the second time around.
In Plexenburg, Governor Cheetah and I had agreed to build a University there in lieu of the Cavalry currently being built. Long story short, this instruction was ignored the first time but adhered to the next. (side note: an instruction for tile optimization in Leckopolis was also ignored the first time around; I don't have the details on whether this was changed last turnchat.) And once again, it was the shortened turnchat the first time that allowed us to get it right the second time.
Charge #4: Violation of CoL: D.1.C.1
This charges Chieftess with violating COL D.1.C.1. As I'm sure some fast talking lawyer talking 2 dollar words will say that Chieftess could not possibly have violated COL D.1.C as it was written for the actions pertaining to a Governor, which she is not, I have requested this PI also. If it can be predetermined by the Chief Justice that the law in PI #3 (COL D.1.C) can not be thrown out on this technicality, I would still like both PI's #3 and #4 initiated. My rights, as provided by the Constitution were denied by the DP, therefore I feel both should be done.
COL D.1.C.1 states that a Governors build queues may be preempted under certain circumstances and lists the three circumstances covered by this law. Although Chieftess has been changing the build queues of many Governors, left and right, she has been using Council votes to do so (including the famous Shaitan 0-0 tie-breaker). Chieftess preempted my build queue for Valhalla without any of the three circumstances being valid.
Therefore she is in violation of this law also.
Below is the same picture for the same reason in PI #3
I am going to PM the Public Defender (Octavian X) and the Defendant (Chieftess) notifying them of the charges brought against President Chieftess.
As always, the first two posts are reserved for the Public Defender and the defendant. If they do not post their defense here in 24 hours, this thread is open for discussion.
EDIT-Chieftesses mailbox is currently full, so I will send her an email regarding the PIs.
This thread will be closed and a trial poll will commence after the discussion has lasted for at least 48 hours and also petered out.
